ABOUT DELIVERY
1.We promise free shipping for the products you buy in the store but not including customs duties. Since the customs duties of each country are different, the buyer may have to bear the freight during the customs clearance process. Please consult for details.
2.We use EMS Standard shipping Sometimes cost 10-30days. Please wait patiently. If you have any questions, please send customer service e-mail consultation.

4.Free shipping country and region:

ABOUT RETURNS
Returns and exchanges:
1. Return Policy (see below for Instrument Return Policy): You can purchase items from Shopify with confidence as every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. If you are not completely satisfied or the item isn’t what you expected, just return it to us within 30 days along with sales receipt. The product must be in new condition and with its original packaging. (Opened boxes of reeds are not returnable) Please note that products which were originally sent on a trial basis are not returnable after the trial period. Note: If your original order qualified for free shipping, you may be issued a full refund less our original shipping costs.
2. Instrument Return Policy:All instruments, except special orders, are sent on a 7-Day Trial basis (Trial Period begins after instrument is received). The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper care of the trial instrument. Any damaged or missing accessories will be billed to the customer's account. The customer is responsible for shipping the instrument back to us. After the Trial Period, the purchase becomes final and the instrument is not returnable.
ABOUT WARRANTY
1. Within two years after purchase, the buyer can send back to the seller's address (for detailed address, please refer to the "Contact" page) free adjustment if the instrument runs out of sound during use (normal use rather than man-made damage). Special reminder: The buyer shall bear the round-trip shipping cost incurred when sending back to the seller's address! ! Please read this clause carefully before performing related actions.
2. If the instrument is not provided by the original seller with after-sales service, but is repaired or adjusted by a third party, the buyer is responsible for the consequences. Hereby declare.
TIPS:
1. Our shop payment currency is US dollars, not local currency. Buyers can convert currency when paying through PayPal. Please understand the currency details before buying.
2.Regarding the daily maintenance of the instrument. We recommend that buyers use non-corrosive maintenance oil to prevent irreversible damage to the instrument.
