We make every effort to ship all orders in 3-7days. Although most the order ship in 3 days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the
following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has
been dispatched. You can also contact us to keep you up with any update on the order.
All products use standard shipping and free shipping. For goods with a price of more than
400 US dollars, if fast shipping is used, the buyer needs to pay 100 US dollars.
All orders ship from China. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping
couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by
shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or
Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an
alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your order will be cancelled
and refunded.

Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times
when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow
additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Chinese

Not received a package?
We are sorry to hear that you have not received a package after the stated delivery
timeframe, please contact us as soon as you aware and no longer than 30 days from the

How do I track my package?
Easy Peasy!! As soon as the courier picks up your parcel you will receive an email with the

not be shipped immediately. All available non pre-order or in stock items purchased will be
shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time is 3-30 days although most of the order
are shipping 3 days. For pre-order or restock items we are unable to provide exact dates
but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your pre-order or restock style will
